AI transparency
In short
- Programming: the new website soelle-homes.at was built in 2026 by Proplex GmbH with the help of AI programming tools; people checked every result.
- Texts: most of the content comes from our previous website. Legal texts, interface texts and some translations were drafted with AI assistance and checked by people.
- Images: we use real photos. An image that was generated or substantially edited with AI is labelled “AI-generated” directly on the image.
- Search: the search on this website uses an AI model that runs on our own server. It processes only your search text, in memory; none of it is stored or sent to third parties.
- Your data: apart from that, no AI processes data of visitors to this website. There is no chatbot.
Programming and moving the content
Proplex GmbH, Villach, rebuilt the website in 2026 and moved the content over from our previous content management system. AI programming assistants (language models such as Claude by Anthropic) suggested program code, tests and conversion steps. Every change was checked by people, tested automatically and only then published. No personal data of visitors or guests was entered into AI services in the process.
AI in the search on this website
So that you find answers in your own words, with whole questions or typos (“How much is admission?”, “bike rental”), the search uses a small AI model alongside a classic word search: multilingual-e5-small (an open language model, MIT licence). It runs on our own server at our hosting provider in Germany – no third-party AI service is asked.
- What it does: it turns your search text into numbers that describe its meaning and compares them with the sections of our published pages. It writes no texts and no answers; only sections of our pages are shown. The answer cards for opening hours and prices come directly from the data we maintain.
- Your data: only the search text you enter is processed, in memory and only for this search. It is not stored, not logged, not used for training and not sent to third parties. No profile is created and no cookies are set. Details in the privacy policy.
- Limits: the order of the results is calculated by a program and may be off. The content of the page itself is always what counts.
Texts and translations
We wrote the descriptions of our offers ourselves; they were taken over unchanged from the previous website. The privacy policy, this page, the accessibility statement, the interface texts of the website (such as buttons and notices) and their English versions were drafted or translated with the help of AI language models and checked and approved by people. Editorial responsibility lies with Christian Sölle e.U. (Sölle Homes), as named in the imprint.
Because it is not always possible to say exactly where each sentence comes from, we treat all texts as AI-assisted. The footer of every page says so as well: “Texts AI-assisted, checked by us.”
Photos and graphics
The photos on this website are real pictures taken by us and by photographers. For the new website they were only converted technically (format and size), not changed with AI. If an image that was generated or substantially edited with AI is used, the website labels it automatically: it carries the note “AI-generated” in its corner, and in the enlarged view the caption says so.
Where we do not use AI
- No chatbot: no AI talks to you on this website. If you write to us or call us, a person answers.
- No AI with your data: apart from the search text in the search (see above, only in our server’s memory), no AI processes what you enter on this website – such as your e-mail address when signing up for the newsletter.
- No automated decisions: no AI makes decisions about visitors or guests.
