Cancellation Policy

Winter season 2025/26:
Cancellations or rebookings made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
From 30 days to 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total stay will be charged.
From 6 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 100% (minus the local tax) of the total stay will be charged.

Summer season 2026:
Cancellations or rebookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
From 14 days to 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total stay will be charged.
From 6 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 100% (minus the local tax) of the total stay will be charged.
