When you book directly, the local tax is already included in the price. If you book through a booking platform, you’ll have to pay it on site: 4.50 euros per person per night for guests 17 and older.
Plus, you’ll get a 10% discount on in-house ski rentals, the Nassfeld+ Card in the summer, and the Winter Premium Card in the winter.
And you’ll be dealing directly with us from the start, rather than through a booking platform.

Cancellation Policy
Winter season 2026/27:
Cancellations or rebookings made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
From 29 days to 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total stay will be charged.
From 6 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 100% (minus the local tax) of the total stay will be charged.
Summer season 2026:
Cancellations or rebookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
From 13 days to 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total stay will be charged.
From 6 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 100% (minus the local tax) of the total stay will be charged.
