Cancellation Policy

All bookings for summer 2024 can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

From 14 to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation charge is 70% of the total.
Less than 7 days before arrival and no-show, the full amount is charges as cancellation fee.


All bookings for winter 2024/25 can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

Up to 30 days before arrival free of charge.
From 30 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the total stay.
From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show 100% (minus local tax) of the total stay will be charged.
